Psychological counselling for adults
with a focus on transitional phases, inner orientation and migration
I provide psychological counselling for adults who are navigating demanding life situations — whether due to personal change, social pressure, reorientation or migration.

Many of my clients are women balancing multiple responsibilities. However, my counselling is open to all adults seeking clarity, stability and renewed direction — regardless of gender, background or residence status.
How counselling can support you
Counselling helps to better understand internal processes, clarify decisions and develop new directions for action.
We may work on topics such as:
• self-worth, boundaries and inner orientation
• social pressure and multiple responsibilities
• managing stress during transitional phases
• adaptation to a new environment (language, culture, expectations)
• understanding personal patterns and resources
• relationships and role changes
Counselling does not replace psychotherapy and is not intended for individuals with clinical diagnoses.
Who is this counselling suitable for?
For adults who:
• are going through migration or significant life changes
• feel caught between external demands and personal needs
• experience inner overload or loss of direction
• seek practical and reflective psychological support
I accompany people during periods when familiar structures shift and a new sense of direction is needed.
How we work
• Individual sessions – online or in person
• Clarification and orientation sessions
• Short-term support during transitions
• Structured psychological assessment
• Development of an individual support plan
• Resource-oriented and preventive counselling
