Master of Science in Psychology - recognized in Switzerland
I am a psychologist working with adults in phases of change, reorientation and adaptation — particularly individuals experiencing social pressure, demanding transitions or migration.
For over eleven years, I have worked in the field of psychology. In Ukraine, I served as a lecturer at a psychology faculty, teaching undergraduate students in bachelor’s programmes. Alongside my counselling practice, I developed training programmes and professional development workshops for psychologists, educators and academic teams — focusing on professional well-being, self-care and prevention of occupational overload.
My professional experience spans diverse contexts: from art-focused gymnasiums to individual counselling for adults from various professional backgrounds. In 2019, I initiated a pilot project involving a therapy dog team to support students in reducing exam stress and emotional tension.
Relocating to Switzerland allowed me to integrate my professional background with my personal experience of migration. Therefore, topics such as orientation, adaptation and inner stability are not only areas of expertise, but also lived experience.
In my counselling work, I maintain a structured, clear and resource-oriented approach, focusing on stability, understandable communication and realistic steps that can be integrated into everyday life.
Consultations are available in German (clear and simple language), fluent English and Ukrainian.
